PROWLER5 - MAY 1ST - STRIPED BASS REPORT
 

Hey gang, not a lot of people showed up at the Harbor today we sailed with a handful of people. It was a bit of a foggy cool morning. The fishing on Monday's trip, the fish were very finicky. We covered a lot of ground and did a lot of searching and finally Mike landed a pool fish at the end of the day. It was kind of like that today. We had a little flurry late afternoon and we stayed out a little later. Dougie landed a nice 36" striped bass and John, from Garfield, won today's pool with a 31" keeper and we dropped a few fish today. We have guys from PA coming tomorrow (Thurs.) so we will definitely be sailing. The fare is $90. We have spinning rods and tackle on the boat. See you at the dock. Thanks, Capt. Scott
