Tica reel parts

any body know a vendor of Tica reel parts? I serviced a buddy's reel the other day and his handle is coming apart its a CS4507BR reel from 2011/2012 I"ve checked Ebay and the other common sources also need a schematic any body? I'am waiting for some answers from a couple vendors and Tica its one of his favorite reels and stripers open soon thanks for looking
