How is your ice fishing ?

Re: Ice fishing :
Andy, this season was short to say the least but i did get in 6 days and i am praying that these warm winters are not the new normal.last year i had no days on the ice so things are better than last year when we had like 5 days during the end of december, then after the new year it warmed up and i did not get out of work in time to do any fishing.

Is Andy trying to corner the market on used ice gear??
I Got out 5 days in a row with the crew and caught some nice fish. Happy we had something this year. Hoping to get on the ice up north in 2 weeks |
Re: Ice fishing :
Even if NJ never has ice ever again Im at least keeping it for going upstate NY every winter. So im keeping my stuff
luckily i never invested TOO much other than nice tip ups and a used gas auger. The ice fishing bibs + jacket are kinda nice for that late fall fishing on the boat too. |
Re: Ice fishing :
Never give up! Never surrender!!!! A few years of lack or little ice and a lot of guys looking to sell stuff and give up. It makes me sad to see people give up so easily. Keep the faith and keep fishing!!!
