Knotting Tool for Hi-Lo Rigs

Does anybody know of a “Knotting Tool” that helps tie dropper loops for Hi-Lo Rigs?

No tool that I know of.... Tie it this way but don't wet the knot until both sides are tight, wet it then pull to clinch it...

It's called a peg board. I have one. You can tie the loops to specific sizes, and specific lengths with ease.
