Danos women pink potato salad
 

7 - good size potatoes
1 - sweet onion
5 - regular eggs
3 - celery stalks
- salt and pepper to taste
- mayo to your liking
1 - bottle of wishbone French dressing

- boil potatoes then skin them - keep somewhat firm
- boil eggs then skin them and place aside
- chop up onion and set aside
- chop celery after skinning set aside

mix 1 cup of mayo and 1/3 cup of French dressing .


mix cut potatoes, cut boiled eggs, onions, celery, salt and pepper

mix the dressing and mayo into the above ingredients and tase to your liking.....

do not over mix and make mashed potatoes

The dressing and boiled eggs puts it over the top....................
