Topwater pencil poppers
 

When using a top water pencil popper for Stripers/Bluefish do you like a 6 or 7 in. popper ? walk the dog or just pop ect

Don’t think and inch will make that much of a difference but I’d go with 7since it’s heavier and easier to cast longer. I’m partial to popping especially in calmer water since it make more commotion. Point rod at the lure take out the slack and sweep to your side and repeat.
