Gonna hit the reservoir/Tappan Lake for some fun in the sun tomorrow. First attempt after cancer stopped me from fishing and driving, NOW, back into it. I am "cancer free" after two years of fighting it. Gonna enjoy life!!!!!

It was great to be out fishing even though NO biting. Gonna go again tomorrow. Feeling good and enjoyed.

Enjoy every minute , catching fish is just a small part of it. Maybe find a place to get a good breakfast sandwich . lol Good luck !

I was able to catch a few(2) catfish which are fun to reel in. Also 1 small carp which I gave all the fish to my Russian fishing associate from, of all places, Brooklyn. I meet him as a rule when I go there. The water is actually cold, possible keeping the fish from biting. Will try again next week and planning to get down to Sandy Hook on Wednesday for some fun in the sun/surf. See ya all later, Rammie.

Was out yesterday but the wind at Tappan Lake was too much. Found another part of Oradell reservoir that was quiet and caught loads of yellow perch and some catfish. Having an enjoyable time. Gonna be back at it on Monday after celebrating a "big" family birthday party in Burlington county for ME!!! I will be 81 and gonna fish a small stream off the Delaware river just for the fun of it with my 6 year old granddaughter. See ya all later, Rammie on the prowl..
