Chocolate Rum Balls
 

1. 2 1/4 cups of crushed vanilla wafers
2 1 cup crushed oreos
3. 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
4 . 1/4 cup of unsweetened coca pwd
5 . 1 1/2 cups chopped Macadamias
6. 3 tbl light corn syrup
7. 1/2 cup rum + 1 good jigger of Baileys irish cream + 1 good jigger of
coconut rum

- stir wafers, nuts, conf sugar, coca. corn syrup, and rums

use melon baller to form balls, powder hands with conf sugar to roll balls then place in frig in zip lock bag - re-roll balls next day and serve
