I didn't even know they put hybrids in there, I know they tossed a few dozen in Split Rock. Congrats to the angler !

is this one of those rare hybrids they put randomly in low numbers in some lakes/res? Pretty awesome that when they show up, they are huge lol epic!

I believe so. I was still working then and recall that Monksville was one of them. I don't recall the others.

The state stocked 5 of them back in 2017 at 20”. Crazy.

So glad the state record is now from a public waterbody. Always bugged me that the previous record was from Culver’s which is private.
