Grinding the last month for big fish

last month or so we've pretty much had to grind out most days to get some nice fish, we basically had March x3 the worst month for fishing imo haha but looks like it will normalize going forward maybe. i'll believe it when i see it!

Did some carp fishing with saxmatt and nabbed a beefy one along with a few average sized ones. hunted the early spring time crappie and popped plenty of slabs. did some early season night fishing and battled some roving schools of hybrids up to 25.75" with some keeper walleye in the mix. Jigged up some lakers with one big 29 incher and hit the streams for some nice action when the weather or time just wouldn't allow for it... one day i even got one of each species which was cool, including a very nice sized wild nj brownie.

DAMN nice fish Chris, great job as always. I AGREE this year so far has been the worst fishing I can remember this time of year, but by the looks of it, as of last week it really looked to be picking up (By seeing guys on FB post) With this weeks temps. it should only be getting better, once this wind gives us a break, I'm going to try to get out after work this week. I'm in dire need of a good day, it really has been like pulling teeth. Tight lines my friend.

yeah, i wouldn't mind one of those easy days where the fish hit with reckless abandon every once in a while haha
