Its been many years since ive fished manasquan and was curious about the prop removal situation. Do they still force you to remove the prop to fish or can you tilt your outboard out of the water?

Some ridiculous regulations. I fished there a few times, kind of annoying.
While fishing the patio boat tours pull right up on you, getting checked for licenses etc. constantly, waiting on a long line to launch plus fees.
