sesame sea bass

so i got tired of da same ol same ol wit da sea bass so i decided to change it up went out to da store got some shoprite brand sesame ginger sauce nd some birds eye steam n vent rice and had a nice lil treat.

1 whole sea bass, headed, scaled and gutted . can also be finned (optional)

make a few horizontal ad vertical cuts on both sides of the sea bass

pour sauce onto top side of sea bass

place in steamer for 6 minutes. flip sea bass add sauce to this side. steam another 5-7 minutes.

remove sea bass from steamer place ontop of rice and if you choose add more sauce.

very easy to do,does not take long at all and is something different. enjoy!
