Has anyone actually been asked for it?

I usually get checked/boarded on avg once per season. Never once asked for the saltwater registry card.

And another question…….has anyone ever been checked for circle hooks while striper fishing?

At Sandy hook the U.S.Park Rangers always ask to see it.
