Toggin in the wind
 

We left the dock a little later with hopes the wind would settle down. Running out the inlet it looked good until we got about mile and half out. When we got to our spot we knew it was too much wind, decision time. We made the run north to the shallow waters off LB. First drop , zip,notta,nuttin. Second drop was the spot, after about 20 minutes we started to get a bite of shorts going. Then the first keeper, then another, now we have a drop and reel bite going on shorts and keepers. We ended the day with 2 man limit and left the them biting. At the end they were smashing the baits. So heavy wind day turned to be a good day toggin in the wind. No big fish all 15 to 17 inches,all on rigs,35 ft of water,52.5 degrees water temp. Have fun,FH
