Smallies we’re going on jigs at the head of the pools and bottoms of islands. This was the best of the day. A lot of 14-16 inchers plus a few between that and this fish. The big cool down is here and the big girls are eating! (Check that big cool down gonna be in the 70’s next week lol)

Great SMallie B  !
Bass fishing the big d is fun, have only done it a handful of times on the upper delaware though. Float down, slay bass, repeat :D

Big & beautiful bass.

Waded the Delaware in December once. I guess I was kind of thinking...well, I'd get skunked, but I caught two smallies. They weren't even in the deepest of holes, but in holes maybe six feet deep, separating fast water.

they were pretty shallow thursday, but i was on them again yesterday. They were bunched up in about 12 feet of water right adjacent to some deeper water. All big heavy fish. Would have some more toad pics but my phone is currently at the bottom of the delaware lol
