Sea bass for days

Got tired of plucking away at dinks in the bay so headed out to the SH reef and rocks. It was hit from 7 am to about 1 when we left, it was about 20:1 ratio of shirts to keepers.
Stopped by a few bunker pods on the way back in and saw a couple nice bass landed on top water
Seems like they are finally starting to come into the bay now

I thought striped bass left the bay in the fall to migrate to Virginia ?
