What a beautiful day at sea! Apparently on July 4 at the monger dock party, Tats & i agreed to fluking with captain Alex today, for some reason i did not remember :) Had a salty & sexy crew join us of my partner Devon, Adam W , Bock & supposedly Kristin Leigh was there too 🤷*♂️. Left the dock at 0500 & were greeted to that terrifying hurricane sea the media talked about..... wasn't a f#$ing ripple on the water just a gentle swell you didn't notice.

This was a corn themed fishing trip since corn is banned whenever we fish the monger. Corn shirts, corn muffins, corn pops, & corny jokes were all a part of this fun filled day.

Started off picking shorts & a keeper here & there. Alex said nuff of this steamed to new area & we got into it pretty pretty pretty good. I ended up with 8k, 4 over 5lbs my big fish at 8 as well as my limit of sea bass. Tats went orl, bock had 7, Adam had a limit, dev got 2k & Kristin survived. Bock won the pool with the only ling landed.

All my fluke were caught using an $11 reel & a 2 piece trash picked tiger cast rod. Also I didn't have a fish on pink shine, glow or white. They wanted firetiger, curry chicken, orange belly shrimp & black fuze.

Awesome time Alex & Marcus were absolutely aces except for all the west coast hip hop. I'm east coast til I die. As soon as Marcus learns to count he'll be even better.. Looking forward to fishing with him again. Cue the haters
