So when do hybrids turn onto chicken livers?

Do they strike chicken livers all year long or is it a seasonal thing? Do they strike on the bottom or also suspended under a float? Thanks in advance 👍👍

You Can catch em that way all year long... fall is a great time fished on egg sinker close to the bottom and suspended halfway down the water column. If you use a line counter it also helps you get back in the zone quick and dialed in,
