Custom Rod builder

My buddy bought a new to him, 28 stieger back in the beginning of the year. Last week we put some tuna on the deck and now hes beyond hooked.

Im looking to build him a set of 4 trolling rods, in the 30-80 pound class, to help him build up his arsenal. Does anyone have suggestions for a custom builder?
