Yearly ice weekend

Hit a small lake in the mountains of Sullivan County north of Monticello. My father in law, son and I have gone the last 3 years and every year is awesome! 17 inches of ice. Fish from a friends lake house right on the lake. This year was Perch! Not many but great quality. BUNCH of Pickerel! A Nice bass! (Pics Bad)

This is a cool report, glad you were able to get out and catch some fish with your son. Those perch are good ones. I have the same problem with my pics turning sideways, i use a kindle fire to take photos and the gyro in the device turns the photo on me. I take the shots with the device horizontal and somehow the thing turns them sideways.

Sounds like a great time especially with a house right there n the lake. Some quality Perch for sure. What other species dwell at this venue? Can I come? I’ll bring food! LOL! Definitely looks awesome! :D

It’s a great time. Very close to the house. It’s a friends. They’ve got bass, Pickerel, catfish, and I even heard there may be trout. Those are years past.
