Tuna steaks for grilling:
 

Here is the marinade-

2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sherry
1/4 cup fish sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
4 each sliced scallions

mix together-

Marinade turn every 1/2 hour 2 to 3 hours.

Grill 6 to 8 minutes each side depending on thickness.
