Raritan Bay Stripers

FINALLY able to get out on the water yesterday to gorgeous conditions. Trolled up some stripers from about 30"-40" until the bite seemed to fizzle as the sun got higher. Wind started to pick up a bit too so we decided to try the shrewsbury river and zero action there. Thought (hoped!) we might run into some big blues between the bay and river but none to be had. Striper action is great but sure do miss the run of racer blues blasting through each spring. :(
