State Parks To Open
 

Effective May 2, all NJ state parks to reopen. I’m hoping county parks will do same and that townships will not have the power/authority to decide for themselves.

This would open up a great number of fishing locations (both in fresh and saltwater) for those like myself who are not boat owners.
