I almost made the club
 

Caught this big mama bass at a small pond no bigger than a football field on Merritt Island Fla about a mile from my house. Length was 27" girth was 17" using the length times girth squared divided by 800 came out to 9.75. I really need to get a damn scale. For the life of me I can't figure how to post the pic

I've been trying to get that fish for a month but the pond is spring fed and the water is crystal clear. That day it was overcast and I flipped my worm about 3 ft behind her and drug it right on top of her head I guess she couldn't resist. Went back the next day and she was right in the same spot.

Not madd at all....Feb is spawning month in Florida....
Could catch her three times and she'll still go back...
She musta been skinny fer that weight???what kinda worm did she eat???
