Legislative Committee:
A‐4136 and S‐2675: Permits commercial fishing vessels to process more than daily trip limit of black sea bass and summer flounder, under certain circumstances. Passed and going to the Governor.
A‐5432 and S‐3796: Requires DEP Commissioner to establish individual transferable quota system for menhaden purse seine fishery. Passed and going to the Governor.

Can someone explain this ?
