Party Boat Bait Keeper

I have seen a container hooked to the rail of a party boat to hold bait without always bending down. Anyone know if they are sold anywhere or have a diagram on how to make one.

Take a Clorox bottle or milk jug, cut out part of the front and a notch in the bottom of the handle
