Conservation fishing
 

Fished 7/15 sandy hook, down the beach, and around earle. Fish old school killie squid, big killies from cancun pete. Mixed bag many short fluke, skate, robins, dog fish and a blue. My fishing partner eats sea robins so trip are never a total bust. For conservation i fish a vmc wide gap 4/0 hook. Every fish hooked in lip . The trade off hookup to hits like 50%. But no gut hookup. Plenty of hits so no shortage of action. Fish on my boat out of rumson ramp. Tight lines......walt
