out fluking the other day caught a cocktail blue gave it a Cuban necktie bled out in salt water live well. had it tonight broiled salt pepper garlic paprika and butter. must say excellent. to bad they don't freeze well I would load up on them then nj could keep its fluke.

I vacuum seal them. They freeze perfectly fine. I ate them almost a year old. Delicious
