where can i fish for snake heads i in cape ma and atlantic countys not trying to spot burn just want a general starting point

I tried fishing for them twice in the spring but didn't find any. Maybe they were hiding and breeding. Any of the Delaware River tidal tributaries should have them. Glouchester City area is a good one to start exploring.
