the slabathon continues!!!
 

hit the cong at 6:30am saturday and had some good crappies right a way.was
good fishing till 8am and then down to a pick.by 9am it was dead and headed home.went back up at 3pm and got into them pretty good.the badger was already there and catching.we shot the sh$t and caught crappies till 6:30pm or
so and i called it a day.we had gills,slime darts,perch,golden tarpon and a lm bass.got to the cong sunday morning at 6:15 and again it was game on.we had good fishing till the rains came around 9:30 and i left.went back up around 3pm
and had the best fishing of the weekend with a crappie a cast for 2 hours.all fished released except a few for the grease.the bobber and jig was the ticket
on saturday but sunday the were eating the small husky jerks also.

lake hopatcong the crappies are biting well. bring your grandson up and get in on the slabathon that we are experiencing tight lines:cool:
