went out tuesday morning at sunrise and fouind a load of crappie.the bite was
non stop till 8:15am.like someone thru the switch the feed was done.took a ride and tried a few more spots only to pick and pluck a few more.took a break
at 11am and headed home.went back up at 4pm and started picking at the crappies pretty good.the last hour of light was good with a mix of yellow & white perch,gills,lm bass,golden tarpon and some real nice crappie.
my son put the boat in yesterday and decided to go look around.he found the
perch and it was great fishing.said there were a few spots that had both white
and yellows.looking forward to the weekend.catchem up

i haven't seen any panfish life from shore since sunday afternoon they just seemed to push back out with the cold nights or something...

same here i went out today at 11;00am till 1;00 and no love the rain was cold and the winds were constant today fished the bridge and some shallow water as well.. no canoe just some shore casting in various spots.

good to hear that you guys are on em haven't caught any whites yet just yellows and the slime darts have been staying off my stuff.. good numbers of reg crappies nothing big yet.. i think the bigger fish are deeper right now the lake is filling up and that should change things soon.

all fish caught in 5 fow or less.fishing the jig thirty inches below the bobber.the
perch are in full spawn mode and the crappie not far behind.the water has been tainted with all this rain run off so make sure you are using something that is easy for them to see.i'll be out all around the lake this weekend in search of pan fish.the little husky jerks have been working well also.gonna try for crappie at first light before that wind really starts to kick.
