CPOs love patrolling early spring, or a wild warm day in the winter. Don't get caught without one :D

I met someone my age fishing one day like described above this year. CPO comes walking down the trail. I haven't been talking to this guy for more than 1 minute lol. I get my license checked, quick and easy off the officers phone. Unfortunately it wasn't so easy for the other guy who said "I always buy my license in the spring"
