Hit up the south branch in search of bubba. Flows were higher then I like and the water was cold, air temp was 17 when I started. Slow and low was the way to go under these conditions. I was unable to find bubba but played with his brothers,sisters and cousins. Fish were spread out after all the rains and you had to work for them, no easy pickins. Managed a handful of bows and 1 Brown with many missed fish.

Sweet. Nice looking trouts you got. The color on that first bow is absolutely stunning. Nice work.

Bubba is still out there, with so much rain he could have swam his big ass anywhere!
You put together a great catch regardless, those are beautiful trout. |

Nice catching and great pics!! I may be mistaken, but I think I saw on Facebook today someone caught Bubba Bow?? Not sure if it was kept or if the tag was turned in but it was gigantic.

Great fish my brother. That spot was jammed last Saturday when we drove by. If anyone’s Gina get Bubba it’s definitely going to be you. Keep on catching man! Hope all is well down south!:D
