Best Haddock Boat near Cape Cod?
 

I'm looking to put a charter together next year to fish for haddock (or cod). Everything I've heard so far says go out of Gloucester. I wouldn't be opposed to fishing for cod further south, but really looking for a high success trip, a partial day fishing for bluefins as well would be even better, but mostly interested in groundfishing with bait. Any recommendations?
