Staycation Hybrids
Had the week off with no major getaways on the agenda, so getting out on the water was a must. Got the lady and the hound packed up, grabbed bait from The Sporting Life and got on the water around 11am. Nice overcast skies and a little breeze. Had some nice marks and action 10 minutes in with a few good fish hitting the nets. The girlfriend managed her first and second Hybrids ever, both fish between 24"-25" lol. Mine were smaller, but I'll take it :D. We had an afternoon appointment so we had to pack it in around 2pm.

.
That's awesome. Even with the high water, it's a tough fishing with the warm water temperatures. The fishing will only get better for the next couple of months. . |
Re: Staycation Hybrids
Nice job, Rob. Good to see you on them with the lady. She knows how to hold em'!
