Party Boat Angler best fluking in years

We fluke fish every day and it has been a long time since we had as good a bite as we had this morning. i had hoped to sail early but we had to wait for a couple of guys who had bought online and we didn't sail till 7:00 Am. It was an hour till the first stop and the fluke were flying. Okang had our fasteest limit of the year with his limit at 8:14. All I heard was net net net with over 40 keepers on the first drift. many Qality fish with Jim Custer from Toms River taking the pool with an 8 pound fluke. 0

I know of 3 jumbos that were lost by Teddy Doug and Tom the Vet.. It is nice to see Tom The Vet back in Atlantic Highlands. He has been on The Angler 2 days in a row and he lost a true jumbo today when his line broke after a few minute battle. You could tell it was a beauty.

Not much drift and jigging was best yet John had 6 big keepers on smelts. We have smelts on board with spearing for bait.

7:00 AM first boat out and it makes a big difference. Gakkey open.

28 days left to catch the BIG ONE.

BIG POOL OVER $2300 AND MONTHLY OVER $1500.

Pictures later. Thanks Captain George

That's a great day.
Had my little girl and her friend (9 yr olds) out and about the Raritan bay, all shorts, sea Robins etc. They where happy catching them, maybe next year they will be keepers
