Well captain Jerry called me Saturday said what ya wanna do tomorrow. Fluking been good big fish limit catches on big gulps & meat. I said cool but I like girls so cockollahole we go! Myself, fisty frankel, poppa kurtis, poppa Vince, big don, scuba jr, newbie brad, Chris v & pop vigario & SCOOOTTYYY Arrived at the monger at 0515, captain Jerry said he heard longing been slow unless ya run to Flemish cap but I had faith. Peter & Roger cut 1000000 clams & we set sail to the cockollahole. We arrived & the bite was............................................... ........
EPIC!
double header mountain trout flying over, I had 28 double headers & didn't count single, poppa kurtis had 30 or so doubles as well even Vince ended up catching like 30 fish it was that good! Days end 726 lings on ice as well as some jumbo flounder & 4 spots. Cannot thank Jerry, roger & Peter for this day that will never be forgotten & I'm sure cause some hate mail to be sent.

Just curious how you eat all those Ling or what you do with them if you don’t. I never tried freezing them bc I heard they don’t freeze well. I do like them fresh though. Either way I couldn’t eat that many if I froze them. Just curious what you do with all those ling

Freeze great leave skin on place in vacuum pack freeze for 5hours then seal using vacuum packet. I will eat ling for the next 6 months is what I'll do

Cooks at worked made a few batches for our employee meals yesterday. Ling was gone in an hour.
