Tropics: They offer service, coffee and advice. If Gulp doesn't include the sponsor shops in on their promotional deals there is not much they can do.
Retail is a tough way to make a living.

Dicks. How about supporting your local bait and tackle dealers. I bet If you went to Dicks and asked them tides, maybe some info where to fish or maybe what to use, they will not know. Nor will the be open at 4:30 am when you want fresh bait and ice. All over a couple of dollars.

Yeah i would go to a local bait shop but when you are paying twice the amount and not getting the mail in rebate or discount it does add up. Plus the dicks by me has more of a selection then most of the other bait shops around sorry to say but they have every color and size.

Yeah i use local businesses for most of my gear but when it comes to paying twice the amount and how much gulp i go through a season it adds up. Plus like i said having every color, size, and type at one place is nice. Like you dont see the 5in grubs at most bait shops. And buying six packs and getting 2 free is a pretty sweet deal. Id rather pay $6 then $12 and im sure lots of people would agree with that.
