Weekend recap. Kdc/hybrids
 

Got out bright and early Saturday morning for the knee deep hybrid contest. Set up the boards and worked the big pond quickly before the wakeboarders and partying started in the coves. Could not find the striped ones, managed 2 eyes first one was well over 27" and second one a hair smaller... Worked that big pond hard for the couple hours it was fishable with the 6 rod spread going. Headed back out for the nite shift and got chased off by some crazy storm and threw the towel in. This morning I woke up grabbed some bait and headed back to the sprucey goose with my pop's, same crap weather kicked up and started lightning and pouring less then two hours into the trip. Only good thing is we made quick work with 10-12 brids before we got chased off. Good choice to avoid those storms. Sorry you ran into that bad luck, but those are some good fish you put in the boat.

YEA BUDDY!!!! Gotta love catching big Walleye for the Hybrid contest. Hahahah!!! Beautiful fish all around Cap’n!!!:D
