New hand crank winch for trailer- suggestions??

My trailer came with an old electric power winch which finally crapped out on me. I am looking to replace with a hand crank- any suggestions? I have a 21 ft CC boat.

Any advice would be appreciated- looking to order so I can install this weekend. Thanks

The wench is rated on pulling power- meaning bigger drum and longer stronger handle for cranking leverage.

A 21 foot fiberglass boat with fuel, O/B's, etc. could need at least 2000- 3000 lbs. That's a rough guess.

I just got this one https://www.westmarine.com/buy/horiz...50?recordNum=8 it's a little expensive but works great. I have a 85 247 Albemarle and it pulls it on the trailer with no problem. I got the 3200 lbs. 2 speed winch.
