Yesterday, we looked up the beach north of Shark River Inlet and found plenty of bunker that we fished in and we were able to snag plenty of bait. We didn’t have any luck catching any stripers. We ended up drifting over some hills and rough bottom and picked away at some nice sea bass with a good amount of throwbacks. We will be right back at it again tomorrow morning!

Today, we fished north of our inlet and saw plenty of bunker with stripers rolling in them. We ended up with a handful of stripers on but never boated any. We caught a couple of blues, along with some sea bass. It was an absolutely beautiful day on the ocean and the weather is looking great for the rest of the week!
