Millionare S250
 

Would appreciate any help. I am looking to improve my Daiwa Millionare s250 conventional reel. I wanted to upgrade drag to Carbontex. Has anybody done this before? In addition, is there any other upgrades you would recommend doing to this reel?

I'm not sure how old that model is , I own 3 of the original millionaires in that size + 4 of the 300's ! Mine about 20+ years old . Mine r 253 Millionaires V models
I had the reel seat work em' over installed updated drags , other then originally purchasing the Wave handles and installing them I've had no real issues with these reels . Excellent casting reels as well !
Fished Stripers , fluke , Albies and they paid for themselves many times over and I still use them today great reels !
