Bass with my kids

Enjoyed the warm weather on Saturday for our first trip to the honey hole. Fish were ready and so were my kids. Saw 2 large carp swimming the surface but could not get them to take anything. Only fish in the pond that we haven't caught. Any advice to entice them to strike??

Thanks and lets bring the warmth back!!!

Unfortunately the ones I caught were like minnows compared to the kids!!!!

try breaking a couple of slices of bread into smaller pieces and toss them out. it won't take long for the carp to suck them up if they're wiling to eat. if they are, pinch a small piece on your hook and have at it.
