Upper Wanaque Opening Day
 

Hi All!

Did anyone go there today or have any info? Seemed like they didnt stock downstream of the fire road. Some nice numbers and 3+ pounders were caught upstream of the fire road, but no one i talked to caught anything down stream. There were no new signs downstream either.

On top of that, 3 trees each fell directly on my 3 favorite honey holes. Real bummer, that was my goto place. Good luck all!

if 3 trees fell and created a bad snag (flooding may ensue) contact the local watershed or township to see what they can do. Most will rot away over time.
