Ask the families who live in Port Jervis on the Delaware what happens when the ice from upstate releases and piles up at the river's bend. Ice dams equal FLOODS. Of course, we'll need a thaw for that to happen. We had a freeze three years ago but not this early in the season. Let's hope everything thaws out gradually.
