cold day on the cong
 

well it's on and the badger is out of his den. hit the north end of the big pond today had anywhere from 4" to 5" of ice. i caught 17 perch and one slime dart in about 12' on a jiggin rap. the fish were in the 8' range and stopped hitting around 4:00pm and i went home, not a bad start.

At least catching fish helped to keep you warm. It gets much colder when there's no action.

glad to hear the big puddle has some "safe" ice and the perch are cooperating...

she will be good for sure by friday.6" across great cove and they were fishing most other coves.woodport was safe and had some hole hoppers out there.
