Walleyes and a T-Bone!

Got out of work early today and was on the lake around 2. Started off with a few crappies and a yellow. After working some spots i finally rapped up a nice 23" eye. Made a move got another 22ish.

Switched to my heavier jigging rod, long cast, the jig hits the bottom, first lift-thump-hook set....fish on!..Feels like a good walleye with hard head shakes then something happened. What ever was on the end suddenly felt VERY HEAVY! The head shakes turned into a drag peeling freight train. The Mugger has developed a reputation for loosing large unexpected fish so i grabbed the phone and started recording with hopes of getting a glimpse of what ever it was on the end of the line. My video skills are terrible and there are way more expletives coming out of my mouth then any other words.

Needless to say, I never had a hook in the monster and i couldn't get it into grabbing distance so the monster swam away.
Here's the bait fish.23"

I was gonna keep it figuring it was just mauled by a dragon. So a few casts later this guy hit. The fish on top was the bait eye.https://i.imgur.com/HWVvx1h.jpg?2

Let the small one go, the bait eye started flopping around out of nowhere so i revived it and it swam away strong.

Ended the day with 4 eyes 21"-24", a couple crappies, and couple SM and a YP. Still having heart palpitations.

FASTEDDIE reporting for duty! This may be the most EPIC post/ thread on the NJF sweet water page this year! The footage is AWESOME!!! The expletives are in real time! Who in the blue **** doesn't like to see a 20+ inch fish getting T-boned by a 50+ inch musky??? Would it be better if Scotty landed it? Sure it would! But this, this right here, is why there's a few us of anglers in NJ that refuse to winterize our boats!!! Yep, yep! Holy shit!!! This is a must watch! Scotty you are the man for taking this video! Real NJ fishing on real time!!!

P.S. Cute baitfish!!! I mean Walleye!!! LOL!!! I'm still in holy **** mode with you! Palpitations stop yet??????????????????? Jesus!!!!!:D
