Shark River flounder???

Just wondering if anyone has tried for flounder in Shark River. I might try on Saturday (I had some luck last year around this time). If not, I might hit the canal for some tog- always fun to catch this time of year.

Nice, post how you do. If weather is bad boat may stay docked and we may hit canal as well.

caught some flounder from shore in raritan bay last week.
I'm sure they are in shark river

Hit shark river at sunrise. Had both keepers within 90 minutes (one at 14 and the other at 16). Cold and windy but felt good to catch something for the table. Finished at the PP canal with a bunch of tog during slack.. biggest was 14.
