Assessments test on line:

One of the big things job seekers come across now in the computer age is on-line assessment tests. For the most part these are a psychological tests with no right or wrong answers, or so we like to think. The key here is to LIE !! LIE like you have never lied before. Such as when responding to questions, of course you NEVER call in sick or show up late, EVER. DON'T be modest. But you have to be consistent while you lie or you will like like a chump. Yes employers look at these and use them in hiring practices, you need to stand out. Always err on the side of caution, you are a company person.
Keep in mind you can actually FAIL an on-line assessment test even with no right or wrong answers.

Here is a good example: Have you even driven through a yellow light ?
The answer is easy, NO. In my 40 years of driving I have NEVER driven through a yellow light. LIE LIE LIE, LIE like a rug !!!

I've walked out of interviews in the past, when these types of STUPID questions are asked. "If you were a tree, what type of tree would you be"?

I get: tell me about a good day at work and why it was good.
