Good news, guess my 50# Striper & 10# fluke is definitely on hold for awhile longer!
I'll be trout' every day this wrk for sure.!!

Ten pounds.. kid you not... imagine hooking one of those slobs in that stream...

Be hell of a fight, you have to see them try to get them in the net... pretty funny

Mike - off-topic but do you know anything about the hybrid stocking programs in the state?

I know a little about it but not much but can get intel if you need.

I have a house on lake owassa and although its private we stock with hybreds and get the same fish that the state stocks.

Pequest only does trout

The other species of stocking come from hackettstown..

The only thing I was going to ask is how many hybrids the state stocks into places like Spruce Run every year. :)

Mike, looking to find out how far up the passaic river the pike are stocked. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
